Cindy Tanudjaja is a writer.
She was born and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia. She fell in love with writing at the age of nine, when, out of complete boredom during a school holiday, she wrote and directed her first play. She got her cousins to play the characters she created and they performed in front of adult family members. The play received excellent reviews.
Since then she has written short stories, plays, poems, articles, essays, and is still on quest to finish her first novel. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from AUT University in Auckland, New Zealand.
She currently lives in Jakarta with her family and two American Pitbull Terriers, which she loves dearly. She swears they are not aggressive.
Cindy enjoys travelling, reading good books, watching movies, reading blogs, watching TV series, spending time with her family and friends, and of course writing. Her travels have brought her to London, Paris, Germany, Italy, Vatican, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, USA, Bali, and a few more wonderful places.
She loves to write about travel, life, and any other topics of her interest.
One day, her novel will be featured on the New York Times’ Bestseller list.
Cindy also have this unexplainable interest in cupcakes, photography, elaborately decorated parties, and weddings.
